According to a statement released on Monday, by the Academy Public Relations Officer, Major Reuben Kovangiya, the exercise is designed specifically for Nigerian Army personnel serving within the institution.
The military drills are scheduled to take place at the NDA Open Range in Afaka and will continue through May 9, 2026.
Military authorities have identified several high-risk zones and are advising the general public to stay clear of the designated training areas for the duration of the week-long event.
