Broadcasting and Telecommunications Principal Secretary Stephen Isaboke has attended the opening session of the 11th Pan African Postal Union Plenipotentiary Conference in Kampala, Uganda, bringing together African states to shape the future of postal services.
The conference focuses on policy, innovation, and technology driving transformation in the sector across the continent.
Isaboke said Kenya remains committed to strengthening regional cooperation and modernising postal services.
“Kenya will continue to actively engage in regional platforms to promote innovation and enhance the efficiency of postal services,” he said.
He also joined other heads of delegation in high-level discussions on key matters affecting the Pan African Pos
tal Union.
