NIGERIA: Ooni Of Ife Celebrates Twins’ First Birthday

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, marked the first birthday of his twins, Ooreade and Oreade, on Sunday.

The revered monarch shared his joy with well-wishers on his verified Instagram page, expressing gratitudes.

He said: “One year ago, the Almighty King of Kings blessed the Royal House of Oduduwa with double joy, Ooreade and Oreade. You are our priceless treasures, and we pray you grow to fulfill your dreams and aspirations.”

He also extended prayers to those hoping for similar blessings.

Ooni added: “May Olodumare’s endless grace touch everyone seeking such a blessing. With love, Dad.”

The twins were born in March 2024 to the Ooni and one of his queens, Olori Tobi.
