President Bola Ahmed Tinubu HAS arrived in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on Sunday to participate in the 2025 edition of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW).
The President arrived at the country in the early hours of today and was received by UAE’s Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Shakhboot Nahyan Al Nahyan.
The Sustainability Week is themed “The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress,” and will witness President Tinubu highlighting Nigeria’s achievements and reforms in energy sufficiency, transportation modernization, public health improvements, and economic development.
His participation will also reaffirms Nigeria’s dedication to addressing global challenges through sustainable and collaborative strategies.
During the summit, the President will engage in bilateral discussions with UAE leaders, aiming to strengthen relations and explore mutual opportunities.
President Tinubu is slated to return to Nigeria on Thursday, January 16.
ADSW 2025, a globally acclaimed platform for sustainability innovation, convenes business leaders and civil society to promote sustainable development and drive economic advancement.
With a 15-year legacy, the summit has become a pivotal forum for fostering partnerships and spearheading impactful initiatives in clean energy and global progress.
