NIGERIA: Davido To Release Fifth Studio Album “5ive” In March 2025

Renowned Afrobeat and Grammy-nominated superstar, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has officially announced that his fifth studio album, 5ive, will be released on March 14, 2025.

Davido made this announcement through a pre-save link shared across his social media platforms on Saturday.

In the post, he stated: “5ive is scheduled to be released on March 14.”

This upcoming album marks a significant milestone in Davido’s career, following the success of his previous albums, including A Better Time (2020) and Timeless (2023).

Davido rose to prominence in 2012 with the hit single “Dami Duro” from his debut album Omo Baba Olowo. Since then, he has become one of the forces in Nigeria’s Afrobeat industry, with notable albums such as A Good Time (2019) and A Better Time (2020).

In addition to his solo career, David Adeleke is also the founder of DMW (Davido Music Worldwide), a record label established in 2016 that has nurtured numerous music talents.
