The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mop-up exercise.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, signed by, Ph.D, Public Communication Advisor to JAMB, the Board said candidates who participated in the examination can now access their results through its approved result-checking channels.
JAMB disclosed that following the successful completion of the mop-up exercise and the release of the results, it would commence the ranking of candidates for the admission process.
The Board added that the printing of results for admission purposes is expected to begin before the weekend.
The statement noted that the release of the mop-up results marks another important stage in the 2026 admission exercise for tertiary institutions across the country.
JAMB also expressed appreciation to candidates and other stakeholders for their patience, understanding and cooperation throughout the conduct of the 2026 UTME and the subsequent mop-up examination.
The statement reads, “Following the successful conclusion of the mop-up exercise and the release of the results, the Board will commence the ranking of candidates. Thereafter, the printing of results for admission purposes is expected to begin before the weekend.”
