NIGERIA: Take It Back Movement Stages Protest At Oyo Government House Over Abducted Schoolchildren

Members of the Take It Back Movement on Monday began a protest at the Oyo State Government House in Ibadan, demanding the immediate release of the schoolchildren and teachers abducted from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinele in Oriire Local Government Area.
The protesters, carrying placards with inscriptions such as “Release Our Children Now” and “Secure Our Schools,” expressed frustration over the continued captivity of the victims more than two weeks after the attack.
The demonstration is part of growing public pressure on the state government and security agencies to intensify rescue efforts following the abduction and the reported killing of one of the teachers by the bandits.
