NIGERIA: Kwara Police Boss Welcome First Female EFCC Zonal Director, Emphasize On Inter-Agency Collaboration In Kwara State.

The Zonal Director of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ilorin Zonal Directorate, Mrs. Victoria Ugo-Ali, paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police, Kwara State Command, CP Adekimi Ojo, psc, mnips, at the Command Headquarters in Ilorin.
The visit was aimed at familiarising with the police leadership and strengthening inter-agency collaboration toward enhanced law enforcement and crime control.
During the meeting, CP Adekimi Ojo congratulated Mrs. Ugo-Ali on her appointment.
He described her emergence as the first female EFCC Zonal Director in Kwara as a significant milestone.
Adekimi commended the Commission’s efforts in combating economic and financial crimes and reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to sustained operational synergy, intelligence sharing, and joint enforcement actions.
On her part Mrs. Ugo-Ali, described the Nigeria Police Force as a critical partner in the anti-corruption fight, noting that effective collaboration remains key to achieving the shared mandate of both agencies.
She also promised to work hand-in-hand with the police in the state in combating economic and financial crimes and any other illegal activities in the state.
The visit concluded with a renewed pledge o
f partnership.
