Prophet Shepherd Bushiri has pledged continued dedication to charitable work in Malawi through Goshen City Trust and the Shepherd Bushiri Foundation, after spending K5.85 billion on various initiatives this year.
Bushiri’s spokesperson, Aubrey Kusakala, confirmed to Zodiak Online that the prophet will keep supporting programmes aimed at fighting hunger, promoting sports, and uplifting the lives of Malawians.
“This year, Prophet Bushiri distributed maize to families affected by hunger, provided support to the Dedza Dynamos—now Goshen City Dedza Dynamos—and launched the Shepherd Bushiri Foundation Football Talent Scout, which has already begun activities in Mchinji,” Kusakala said.
According to Kusakala, Bushiri has also invested in skills development programmes, the Miss Malawi beauty pageant, and partnered with the Malawi Film Association in setting up its offices, among otherprojects.
