The President’s message, anchored in the principles of diplomatic courtesy under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), underscores Kenya’s respect for peaceful democratic processes and regional stability.
Dr Ruto commended President Suluhu’s leadership and called for continued collaboration between the two nations in advancing trade, security, and integration within the East African Community.
“Kenya remains a steadfast partner in promoting peace, democracy, and prosperity across the region,” President Ruto said.
The gesture reflects Kenya’s ongoing pursuit of neighbourly cooperation grounded in mutual respect and shared development goals.
