NIGERIA: Senator Ned Nwoko Alleges Wife’s Drug-Fueled Rampage Amid Marriage Turmoil
By Onoja Baba, Nigeria
Senator Prince Ned Nwoko has publicly accused his wife, actress Regina Daniels, of “unprovoked carnage and rampage” at their home, citing her battle with drug and alcohol abuse as the root of the crisis.
In a social-media post on Sunday, the Delta-North lawmaker claimed that in his absence, Daniels destroyed property, assaulted staff and allowed dangerous persons unfettered access to their residence.

In the post, Nwoko asserted that despite having other wives, he alone is being falsely portrayed as violent.
“Regina is the violent one here, slapping and hitting 3 staff in the past 48 hours and destroying property, including cars and windows, for no just cause,” he wrote.
He explained that he had set a condition for Daniels to begin a rehabilitation programme, either locally in Asokoro or abroad (Jordan) where she would have no access to drugs, but that she had instead moved to an undisclosed location where such access is “unrestricted.”
He also accused a man named “Sammy,” identified as Daniels’ alleged main drug supplier, of orchestrating the chaos in the home while he was taking their child, Moon, to hospital.
“While I took Moon to the hospital, a scene of chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy,” Nwoko’s post said.
The post comes amid previously reported marriage troubles between the couple, including viral videos of Daniels in distress and separate allegations of domestic violence.
Nwoko has long been in the spotlight, his marriage to Daniels, who is significantly younger, has also drawn intense public scrutiny over the years.
