Nigeria – Minister Of Women Affair Disrupts Event In Abuja

The Minister of Women Affair, Uju Kennedy-Ohaneye, has reportedly disrupted an event organized in Abuja on Friday, for the ministry without her consent.

In a video going viral on social media, the Minister threatened to disgrace the organizers of the event if they continue repeating the same act.

The Minister reinstated that it is unacceptable to organize seminars and workshops without empowering women.

She noted that money should not be spent on frivolous activities while people are hungry.

According to Kennedy-Ohaneye, she doesn’t mind the organizers calling her names because she’s ready to change the narrative.
