Nigerian First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Declares 2025 Year Of Unity And Renewal For Nigeria

The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has called on Nigerians to embrace 2025 as a year of unity, hope, and national transformation, urging citizens to rise above divisions and invest in rebuilding the nation’s foundation.
In a New Year message shared on Wednesday via her official X account, the First Lady described the year ahead as an opportunity to foster collaboration and inclusivity across all regions and demographics.
She expressed confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, emphasising its commitment to reforms aimed at unlocking Nigeria’s vast potential.
She said: “2025 is a year of new beginnings, a year to renew our bonds as a nation and work toward building a society that is inclusive, equitable, and prosperous.”
Senator Tinubu encouraged Nigerians to focus on mutual respect and shared values, highlighting the importance of protecting vulnerable groups, nurturing the younger generation, and honoring the elderly.
“It is a year to rise above our differences, to protect the dignity of our elders, and to nurture our youth. We must create a Nigeria where everyone feels valued, regardless of their background or beliefs,” she added.
