Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday, inaugurated the newly built barracks in Abuja, constructed to address the issue of shortage of accommodation among the military men of the county.

Tinibu said; “You are our heroes, and I thank you for what you have been doing for this country.”
President Tinubu emphasized the impact of the military’s contributions to the nation’s safety, reiterating his administration’s plans to support the troops.
He further stated; “What you are doing for Nigeria is remarkable. The only way to appreciate you is to continue to show support to the men and women in uniform,” he stated.
Highlighting the relevance of the newly constructed facilities, Tinubu noted that the Nigerian Army Special Projects aligns with the Federal Government’s commitment to enhancing the welfare of military men in the country.
He remarked; “Knowing that the federal government is always ready to provide what the troops need is essential for winning battles,” Tinubu remarked.
He also assured the military men that his administration would never compromise their welfare.
Nigerian Army Special Projects commenced on the 26th of November, 2022, and was fully funded under the late Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja.
