NIGERIA: Nollywood Star, Nancy, Celebrates New Mansion At 33

One of Nigeria’s Nollywood stars, Nancy Isime, has shared news about her newly acquired mansion in celebration of her thirty-third (33rd) birthday.

Nancy, taking to her social media page, revealed that purchasing a mansion for herself is one of the two biggest dreams of her life.

She said the first one was building a new home for her father, which she accomplished on December 18, 2022.

She reflected on her life journey and how determination and hard work have helped her reach her goals.

She wrote: “I remember so clearly, I was about 13, sitting in what was going to be our new home – an uncompleted building, the only windows and doors were those protecting the

rooms we would sleep in. Everywhere else was pure carcass!”

Nancy also recounted the years of struggles her family endured while living in the uncompleted house.

“No flooring, no ceilings, no doors, no windows, no running water – just our beloved well which provided us with water to do everything, including drink,” Nancy shared.

At a young age, determined to reshape her family narrative, Nancy made a personal vow.

“I remember sitting there and one day I said… I’m going to own a good home! But before I buy even a tiny piece of land, I’m going to help Daddy achieve his lifelong dream of owning a fully completed, furnished house.”

Nancy Isime noted that her journey to financial freedom began at the age of 17, when she took her first job as an event usher.

She explained: “After every earning, I’d set aside some money towards ‘Vision Daddy’s house.’ This continued throughout all of my career transitions.”

Eventually, her hard work paid off, and on December 18, 2022, Nancy finally handed over the keys to her father’s completed and furnished home.

“Quietly, while everyone was celebrating this new feat, in passing, I said, ‘God, I don do wetin you say make I do oh, abeg help me run my own, but no rush, at your own time.’”

In what she described as “divine timing,” exactly a year later, on December 15, 2023, Nancy received the keys and papers to her dream home.

“I received the keys and papers to my dream home after making my first initial payment just a few days prior,” she disclosed.

For Nancy, the achievement was unexpected.

“Months prior to this day, I didn’t even think that was going to ever be a possibility in my life, na husband house I be dey use style eye,” she added with humor.

Nancy concluded her post with gratitude to God saying: “God has not only blessed me with the Grace, Wisdom, Direction, Favor, and Peace required to live a successful life, He has also opened doors man cannot shut, aligned me with the right opportunities, and has caused me to find uncommon favor,” she said.

She also urged and encouraged youths to keep pushing and never relent:

“This win is not just for me but also for young girls and boys who find their story in mine. It’s only a matter of time, my darling. Nothing can come between you and the blessings God has in store for you. Nothing! Keep pushing! Keep walking in faith and obedience,” she concluded.
