NIGERIA: Kwara Civil Service Commission Commences Recruitment For Health Sector Roles

The Kwara State Civil Service Commission, has announced the commencement of a recruitment exercise into the state’s civil service, targeting specific roles in the state’s health sector.
The Permanent Secretary of the Commission, Hajia Kafayat Imoh, disclosed this in a statement issued on Friday.
She stated that the exercise aims to fill limited vacant positions in a bid to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state.
Positions available for application include: Medical Officers, Staff Nurses/Midwives, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Medical Records Officers, and Health Attendants.
The Commission further outlined the general requirements for prospective applicants, which include possession of a relevant professional qualification, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate where applicable, higher education and secondary school certificates, First School Leaving Certificate, birth certificate or declaration of age, and evidence of citizenship or indigene status.
Interested candidates are required to submit one copy of their application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV) in a brown A4-sized envelope. The envelope should be addressed to: The Permanent Secretary,
Civil Service Commission, PMB 1390, Ahman Patigi Road, GRA, Ilorin,Kwara State.
The commission reiterated that applications are to be submitted physically to Room 6 of the Civil Service Commission and would be open from Friday, May 9, 2025, to o Sunday, May 18, 2025.
It was also added that recruitment initiative is part of the efforts by the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led administration to invest in the health sector by improving workforce capacity and enhancing service delivery in public health institutions across Kwara State.
