Fashion entrepreneur Prudent Gabriel Okopi and gospel artist Peterson Okopi are set to welcome their first child.

The couple made the announcement on Monday through a heartwarming music video shared on Instagram, where Prudent revealed her baby bump.

Prudent wrote: “Before you were formed I knew you (God).”

The pair, who tied the knot in October 2024 at a glamorous white wedding attended by family and friends, used the moment to reflect on their faith.

The couple also revealed plans to release a joint gospel track titled He is God, scheduled to drop on September 1.

Prudent, known for her fashion brand, and Peterson, a celebrated gospel musician, previously held a traditional wedding ceremony before their Lagos nuptials.

Fans have flooded their social media pages with congratulatory messages, celebrating the soon-to-be parents.
