MALAWI: Tabitha Chawinga Scores As Lyon Advances To UWCL Semifinals

Tabitha Chawinga was on target as Olympique Lyonnais cruised past Bayern Munich with a 4-1 victory at Groupama Stadium on Wednesday night.
Her goal helped Lyon secure a 6-1 aggregate win, sealing a spot in the UEFA Women’s Champions League semi-finals against Arsenal.
Chawinga has featured in seven UWCL matches this season, clocking a total of 497 minutes on the pitch while contributing two goals and two assists. She has covered an average distance of 7.8 km per match, reaching a top speed of 31.32 km/h.
If she were to maintain her top speed of 31.32 km/h without tiring, starting from Lilongwe’s Simama Hotel Roundabout at 7:00 AM, she would reach Bunda Turn-off on the M1 Road by 7:30 AM.
