At least thirteen families were forced to spend the night outside their homes, after a devastating fire broke out in Molo, Nakuru County, on Tuesday night.
Authorities confirmed that the incident took place in Mutirithia village, within Molo Constituency.
According to local residents, the fire erupted around 11:30 p.m. and rapidly engulfed their homes, leaving them without shelter.
Some victims reported that their doors had been locked from the outside by unknown individuals, compelling them to escape through windows.
The cause of the fire remains unknown as investigations continue.
Meanwhile, affected residents are urging the government to provide temporary housing and essential supplies to help them recover from the tragedy.
