Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Cross Okonkwo, has publicly announced his commitment to Christianity, revealing his transformation and newfound devotion to serving Jesus Christ.
In a statement shared on his Instagram, Cross expressed that he has been “arrested by God” and that his life will now be dedicated to building God’s Kingdom.
“I have been arrested by GOD. Moving forward, I belong to JESUS CHRIST, who is the Savior of the world. He has called me to do his work and build his Kingdom,” Cross declared.
He went on to state that numerous revivals are currently unfolding across the globe and urged his followers to join in this divine movement by committing to faith.
Encouraging others to turn to Christianity, he stated, “All you need to do is call upon him and truly believe that he is your Lord and Savior.”
Cross further committed to living a life that would represent “His glory” alongside his fan base, known as “CrossNation.”
The former reality star also referenced a biblical passage to affirm his dedication, quoted Joshua 24:15, “And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we shall serve the LORD.”
