An Abuja-based native doctor, Abubakar Sediq, popularly known as Uloko Ojiji, has announced plans to marry two additional wives in two separate ceremonies scheduled just eight days apart.
The Igala-born herbalist, who claims to offer spiritual solutions to various problems, made the announcement on Facebook on Wednesday, where he invited friends and well-wishers to join the celebrations.
“Ojiji is coming live at Abocho Ajekalaga on 30th and 31st May. Another one again Ojiji is coming live at Ojofu Anyigba on 8th and 9th June. To me, happy wedding day. Come and join me, friends and family,” he wrote.
According to the first wedding invitation, the marriage to Nefisatu Haruna will take place on May 30 and 31, 2025, at Late Atuluwku Compound in Abocho Ajekalaga, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The reception will follow immediately at the same venue, with music by Mallam Azakri Abdul Fatal and coverage by Igala Radio.
The second wedding, scheduled for June 8 and 9, will be with Ayishat Anaja Okoliko. It will be held at Late Chief Anaja Okoliko’s compound in Ojofu, Dekina LGA, with the reception taking place at Igala Hall, Anyigba.
Dignitaries expected at the events include John Ura Ikani, Executive Chairman of Dekina LGA, Salisu Wiseman, Comfort Ododo (aka Baba Ifa), and Hajia Eki, Vice Chairman of Dekina LG.
With these new unions, Uloko Ojiji will be married to four women, cementing his place not only as a spiritual figure but also a man of cultural prominence within his community.
